How to use the public space in the city of London 伦敦城公共空间使用指南

伦敦金融城有着全欧洲最高等级的安全戒备，每一个⻆落都被安装了 数个监控摄像机。城市的流浪汉们如果在这片区域坐下或躺下，几乎 会在几分钟之内被治安人员驱赶。公共空间的行为边界到底在哪里? 我选择了一块公共区域，召集艺术家们来此“合法”使用这块区域。这 是位于伦敦金融城的霍本高架桥的步行亭，一个非露天空间。最终包 括我在内一共四名艺术家，参与了这次行为。

The City of London has the highest level of security in Europe. People could easily find several CCTV cameras on one site. The homeless people cannot sat or lay down in the area, otherwise they could be driven away by security officers within minutes. Where is the boundary and right that how we use public space? I chose a public area and gathered several artists to use there “legally”. The area include four pavilions located in the Holborn viaduct in the city of London. There were four artists joined.
